The bearings used in solid oil are lubricated for life and must not be lubricated.

Solid oil

Is a polymer material saturated with oil

After the bearing is injected, a narrow gap is formed around the rolling body, the retaining rack and the raceway, so that the bearing can rotate freely

With porous structure, there are millions of microscopic pores, which can be retained in the main body through surface tension

Grease fills all free space inside the bearing

The lubricating oil is released into the narrow gap during operation to provide the effective minimum lubrication

Long service life

The increase in working temperature pushes oil to the surface of the polymer material to support a constant lubricant supply.

When the operation is stopped, any excess lubricant will be reabsorbed into the polymer material.

Extended bearing service life
